Make Your Home POP on the Market!

We are sitting in an ever changing real estate market! When selling your home, it is important to make your property stand out with all the competition of other homes on the market for sale.

The first steps a buyer takes before stepping into your home:

-driving around their desired neighbourhoods to find for sale signs

-looking online for homes before booking a viewing

-pulling up in front of the house for sale before walking into it for a booked viewing.

All things in common with the above list is the buyer will see the front, street appeal, of your property for sale.

An easy tip to make your home stand out among others is LANDSCAPING &  FLOWERS!

Whether you have a natural green thumb or you have to paint the green on your thumb, a little effort goes a long way.

Here are some easy tips to make your Home POP:

-Edge your lawn using an edger or weed wacker.

-Fertilize your lawn at the beginning of the season, making sure to water to get that thick luscious grass look

-Plant flowers in flowers beds along the front of the house and watch them draw the buyers eye to your home

-Potted plants on each side of the front door provides colour but it also creates height which makes the buyer's eye look up.

-Keeping the lawn clean (free from bikes, kids toys etc)

This is a great way to get your home noticed, getting some fresh air and maybe the kids will even help out to turn into a family fun activity!
